So I’ve heard that you could make a quick chocolate cake in the microwave, but I was amazed that this actually worked! It was a fun treat after my family’s Valentine Dinner and the kids got to help make it!

Save Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Flour
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Chocolate Chips
- Small Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Lg Mug
Instructions
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly Pour in the milk, oil, and vanilla (Add in chocolate chips if you like) Put mug in microwave and cook for 3 min on High. The Cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed! Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate if desired. Serve with Ice cream!
