So today marks Day 1 of Week 6! It’s the last week for this uprising and then its on to the next uprising!
So far, I have lost 7 lbs. It’s not as much as I would like to have lost by now, but my mental results are definitely better than my physical results. I FEEL better. I FEEL stronger. I have more energy and I FEEL happier. So even though physically I may not look that much better – I feel like I have made so much progress.
I encourage you all to find something that works for you. I have to say that the Revolt plan is highly affordable and something you can totally do at home with a few exercise equipment (weights and stability ball). You don’t have to have a gym membership and you can do it on your own schedule. It’s only 9.99 a month! I think you owe it to yourself to try it out!
