So today marks Day 1 of a new 6-week uprising
I am completely in love with the new workouts. Nichole has broken it up into 3 levels – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced! I am a definite beginner and in the last uprising, I could never completely finish all the circuits, but now that I can start with a beginner level, I made it through all 4 circuits today! I’m so proud of myself and I can’t wait to build up to doing more!
I encourage you all to find something that works for you. I have to say that the Revolt plan is highly affordable and something you can totally do at home with a few exercise equipment (weights and stability ball). You don’t have to have a gym membership and you can do it on your own schedule. It’s only 9.99 a month! I think you owe it to yourself to try it out!
