So today marks Day 1 of Week 8 for me!
I am excited to say that I lost 4 lbs this last week! Huge progress for me, especially since I didn’t actually complete all the workouts last week. I went to Southern Utah on a quick trip for a family funeral and so I missed 2 work-outs, but I’ve been doing better with my food portions and it has really showed! Yay!
I encourage you all to find something that works for you. I have to say that the Revolt plan is highly affordable and something you can totally do at home with a few exercise equipment (weights and stability ball). You don’t have to have a gym membership and you can do it on your own schedule. It’s only 9.99 a month! I think you owe it to yourself to try it out!
