So today marks Day 1 of Week 9 for me!
I’m a little disappointed in myself today. After a weekend of the stomach flu, I lacked energy and just couldn’t make it through the workout today. I did what I could, but I’m sad that I’m not making much progress. I have to remember to take a little at a time and I’ll get there!
I encourage you all to find something that works for you. I have to say that the Revolt plan is highly affordable and something you can totally do at home with a few exercise equipment (weights and stability ball). You don’t have to have a gym membership and you can do it on your own schedule. It’s only 9.99 a month! I think you owe it to yourself to try it out!
