So today marks Day 1 of Week 10 for me!
I am IN LOVE with Revolt. I love how flexible it is. There is a plan, but you can mix-it-up to be what you need it to be and that is just amazing! For instance, Wednesdays are Rest day, but I do better resting over the weekend – so I do a workout on Wednesday and have Saturdays and Sundays as my rest days. I’m so not perfect, and I still can’t get on board with the meal plan. It’s just not in me – but I’m doing what I can and that’s enough. I do feel stronger and even though I really have to push myself to get my workouts done – I feel better about myself.
I encourage you all to find something that works for you. I have to say that the Revolt plan is highly affordable and something you can totally do at home with a few exercise equipment (weights and stability ball). You don’t have to have a gym membership and you can do it on your own schedule. It’s only 9.99 a month! I think you owe it to yourself to try it out!
