On Recipe Thursdays, I am going to be sharing a recipe with you! I will pick a recipe from my collection and I will be sharing where I got the recipe and everything. But I am going to include my own photo of the finished food, the original recipe, and try and share the things I changed when I made it!

Chicken & Vegetable Stew
Perfect chicken stew!

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4-5 Potatoes, cut up in big chunks (leave the peels on)
- Baby Carrots, whole
- 1 can corn
- 4 cans Chicken Broth
- 1 can cream of Chicken
- salt and pepper to flavor
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch or flour
Instructions
In your crockpot, add all ingredients except for the flour. Cook on low for about 4-6 hours. Then shred your chicken right in the crockpot. Add in the cornstarch/flour and mix in real well.
