On Recipe Thursdays, I am going to be sharing a recipe with you! I will pick a recipe from my collection and I will be sharing where I got the recipe and everything. Chicken Alfredo & Rice Casserole by DeDe Smith
Easy and tasty casserole!

Ingredients
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups chicken, cooked
- 1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and heat until bubbly. Add parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until it thickens.
In large casserole dish, add rice, chicken and mixed veggies. Add sauce and mix together well. Bake covered in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and stir. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle ontop. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
