
This is a great dish that is great for family breakfasts!

Perfect for family holiday breakfasts like Christmas and/or Easter!

Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups ham, diced
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 4 oz diced green chilis
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Beat egg whites until stiff. Spread cheeses in bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine evaporated milk, ham, chilies, egg yolks, flour, salt, and pepper, then gently fold into egg whites. Pour mixture on top of cheese. Bake for one hour at 325 degrees.
